Strain Origin
The PES Amazon magic mushroom strain is thought to have originated with a group known as Pacifica Exotica Spora, which is why it bears the "PES" in its name. This group is credited with initially making the spores of this strain available to the general public. Initially, when Pacifica Exotica Spora introduced the PES Amazon magic mushroom strain to the market, they asserted that it was a result of crossing two distinct magic mushroom strains, namely Psilocybe cubensis and Psilocybe azurescens. However, subsequent testing by cultivators debunked these claims, revealing that the strain was not a hybrid of the two.
Today, there is a belief that the strain's origins can be traced back to the Amazon Rainforest, where it would have thrived in the favorable environmental conditions. It is believed to have grown naturally in the nutrient-rich soil of the Amazon Rainforest and was historically utilized by native tribes in that region.
