Eden Shrooms Blue Meanies Spore Syringe (P. Natalensis)
Strain Origin
Known scientifically as the Psilocybe Natalensis, or colloquially as "Super Natal Strength" this strain has many traits that reflect those of Psilocybe cubensis. However, genetic testing has confirmed that it is in fact a unique species of its own. It has been described as a sort of a hybrid between P. cubensis and Pan Cyan in regard to both its habits and psychoactive effects, but, again, is its own species all together. In comparison to the closely related P. cubensis, it is very vigorous and highly resistant to disease and contamination. Now, you can legally acquire their spores for microscopy in 47 states!
Spore Features
The spores of these mushrooms are dark purple to brownish on 4-spored basidia, and usually leave large dark prints 30-75mm in diameter. They provide ample research material.
Cultural Significance
Psilocybe Natalensis is one of the most beloved yet feared & least understood psilocybes in the world. Though it's story is really just beginning, this mushroom has found a sturdy niche in the American & Canadian mycological communities. In other words, it is a driving force of mycology in North America!
